Diane Mould,
PhD named Editor in Chief

Newtown-The Journal of Applied Research, a new peer-reviewed, rapid publication journal, announces the appointment of Diane Mould, PhD, as Editor-in-Chief. Dr Mould is currently Associate Professor, Department of Pharmacology, at the Georgetown University Medical Center, Center for Drug Development Science. The Center's overall mission is to establish clinical drug development science as a rigorous academic discipline for advancing new scientific methodologies, to contribute to the education of scientists engaged in clinical evaluation of drugs, and to provide solutions to real-world drug development problems. Dr. Mould earned her PhD in Pharmaceutics and Pharmaceutical Chemistry from The Ohio State University. She is a member of AAPS, ACCP, DIA, and The New York Academy of Sciences.
The mission of The Journal of Applied Research in Clinical and Experimental Therapeutics is to disseminate in a timely manner fundamental scientific, diagnostic, and treatment knowledge gained from prospective and retrospective research. The journal is multidisciplinary, and accepts manuscripts from all legitimate medical specialties. The journal guarantees rapid review, and publication within 90 days of acceptance. The Journal will debut in May, with issues in each subsequent quarter in 2001.
